Description
For me, full moonrises symbolize new positive energy shifts. Most months, I schedule time to watch full moonrises, to receive inspiration and remind myself that we all share the moon, and all circle around it as pedestrians on planet Earth.
Last summer was fairly challenging, as I had just graduated from a master’s program in Public Administration. The journey was necessary as I wanted to collect my research on the processes I had developed for decades when it comes to connection with nature and the artistic process – and the impact and benefits both offer. It was hard to shift from graduate study mode back to art. I ran to the full moons on South Beach of San Juan Island to discover balance.
Here is July’s Full Buck Moon, expressed in the sensory forms and hints of movement, vibrations of nature’s energy.
This 24″x30″x1.5″ original painting was created with primarily natural earth paints and walnut oil, protected with a plant-based varnish. Insured shipping is included.
Enjoy!
Here is the final round, of both the June and July moons.
